02/26/26 - Night Owl Connect Known Issue - Thank you for your patience as we investigate the issue causing your Night Owl Connect App to show that your device is offline. Our internal team believes they have found the issue that was causing this and have applied a fix. The device should update on the Night Owl Connect servers by simply rebooting your recorder. Please reboot the recorder and after it has come back online, let us know if you are still having issues with the recorder showing as Offline in the app. Thank you!
