Night Owl Protect CMS and MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 Viewing Issue

IMPORTANT: If you have recently updated your macOS operating system to Monterey version 12.3.1, you may be having an issue viewing your cameras using the Night Owl Protect CMS software version 0.4.5 (0.4.5). Our engineering team is addressing the issue with Apple and are working to resolve it. Our support agents will not be able to assist at this time.

 

To Check your macOS Version

  1. From your mac, click on the Apple icon in the top left corner

  2. Click on “About This Mac.”

  3. Under Overview you will see the current macOS version.

To Check your Night Owl Protect CMS Software Version

  1. From your mac, with Night Owl Protect CMS open, click on “Night Owl Protect CMS” in the top left corner.

  2. Click on “About Night Owl Protect CMS.”

  3. You will now see the current software version.
