Once you have a Night Owl Protect Cloud plan for a compatible device, you may opt to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Currently, we have 3 monthly plans to choose from.
Current Monthly Plans
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, follow these simple steps:
STEP 1: Log in to your Night Owl Protect Cloud account by visiting https://protectcloud.nightowlsp.com/
STEP 2: From the My Subscriptions page, go to Devices with plans and click VIEW DETAILS for the device you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
STEP 3: Click Upgrade / Downgrade.
STEP 4: Choose a new plan for your device and click Purchase.
STEP 5: Your plan will now be changed to the newly selected plan and you will see this reflected in billing. You may continue to manage your Cloud plan in the Night Owl Protect Cloud portal (https://protectcloud.nightowlsp.com/). Additionally, you may view your updated Cloud plan information and access your recordings right from the Night Owl Protect App on your mobile device.
