This article covers alerts that you may receive while utilizing the Night Owl Safe Application
Invalid Phone Number: Sign in with the email address used to register the account.
NOTE: After signing in, verify the correct phone number is listed in Account Settings.
Wrong Password: Re-enter your login credentials. Make sure you are using the email address and password created during account setup.
Account Doesn't Exist: The phone number doesn't match a registered account.
Idle Timeout: Logged out due to inactivity.
Network Error: Internet connection is offline. The device is not connected to the Internet, or the Internet is unavailable.
Old Password is Wrong: You must enter the current (old) password to create a new password.
The "New Password" and "New Password Confirmation" fields must match.
Password Changed: The password was successfully updated.
Missing Current Password Field: You forgot to enter your current (old) password.
New Password Format is Incorrect: Create a new password using any alphanumeric combination between 8 and 20 characters.
Network Loss: The network is connected, but the Internet is not working.
Invalid Email Address: Make sure you enter the email address associated with your account and that it is in the proper format.
Invalid Verification Code: You have entered an invalid verification code.
Sending Confirmation Code: A confirmation code is being sent to your registered email address. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, make sure to check your Junk/Spam folders.
Account Already Exists: The phone number entered is associated with a different account.
Unable to Read QR Code: Make sure to hover your Smart Device over the entire QR Code.
Password Verification for Account Settings: You must confirm your password to access your account's settings.
