- Wireless cameras not visible on Live View(Video Loss)
- Can’t add wireless cameras to DVR.
- Cameras taking too long to pair to DVR.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Check cameras compatibility. If you want to connect cameras that were not included in the original kit, you need to check if these cameras are compatible with your system.
- Check the cameras power source. Please, make sure cameras are properly powered using the right Camera Power Supply. 5V, 1A for each individual camera
Check if the camera is getting power. Go to the wireless camera and check the front panel LED. If the LED is on, the camera is getting power. Depending on LED’s color is the camera’s step on the pairing process.

The LED’s color determines what step the camera is on in the pairing process.

Solid RED: Camera is powering up (this process takes almost 1 min)

Blinking RED: Camera is ready to pair with DVR.
- Blinking BLUE: Camera is pairing with DVR (this process could take more than 1 min).

Solid BLUE: Camera is paired to Hybrid.

Check the camera’s power connector. If the camera’s LED is not illuminated, there could be a couple of explanations:

Camera’s power connector could be broken. Please check the connector is properly connected in the rear panel of your camera.

Camera’s LED is broken. The camera needs to be replaced. Please contact our Technical Support Team to submit a warranty claim.

- Check the wireless connection between the camera and the WNVR

make sure the camera is inside the signal range of the Hybrid. If you are not sure about that, please, un-mount the No-Signal camera and power it near to the Hybridand check if you can see the live view. If so, consider changing the camera position.

Note: Previous step also applies if you are getting poor signal from the camera.

Check if cameras are enrolled to DVR
- Login to the DVR Main Menu

Go to the Camera Management menu.

Click Camera sub-menu. Click Advance Settings (Wireless Only)
- If no cameras are listed continue to pair your cameras
- If you see camera Status is Not Enrolled, then your cameras are already paired to your DVR, but they may not be receiving power or they are too far from DVR.
- If you see camera Status is Enrolled, then you should see your camera on Live View. If not, you’ll need to replace your camera.
- If you replace one of your cameras, and you are trying to connect the new one to your DVR, you’ll maybe need to remove the old one first. This DVR accepts only 2 wireless cameras. To remove the old camera: on Camera Management/Camera/Advance Settings (Wireless Only) (see image below), select the camera and click Remove.

Try to pair your camera to Hybrid

- Try to Factory Reset your DVR. If you still can’t see your cameras on the Live View, follow next steps to Factory Reset your DVR:
- Login to the DVR Main Menu
- Click Menu
- Click Maintenance
- Click System Maintenance
- Click Default sub-menu
- Click Restore Defaults and then click Yes
Note: Once DVR is Reset, repeat the process to pair camera to DVR.
