WG4 Series: Individual Channels are not Recording
- Devices connected to the Gateway are not recording
- All recordings are processed to the Gateway, please verify there is a microSD card in the Gateway.
- Check the status of the microSD card, if the microSD card is showing as formatted, move on to the next step. Otherwise, please format the microSD card.
- Check that the recording setting, within Channel Settings, is set to Motion.
- Make sure there is a connection between Gateway and the Individual channels.
