- Gateway unable to connect to Night Owl Connect application
- No signal
- Check if the Night Owl Gateway is connected to a power source. If the Night Owl Gateway has power, check the Internet Status Lights in one of the following states:
- Green Steady light, Night Owl Gateway is connected to the Internet.
- Green Blinking light, Night Owl Gateway is not connected to the Internet.
- If the Night Owl Gateway has no Internet Connectivity, please see "Gateway Network Connection Issues"
- Check the Night Owl Gateway Is added to the app.
- Check if the Mobile Device has a good Internet Connection.
- If the steps above do not work, please power cycle the Night Owl Gateway and check if you are able to connect through the Night Owl Connect application.
- If none of the above work, please Factory Reset the Night Owl Gateway, remove the application from the Mobile Device and install it again.
- Take into consideration, following this last step you will need to pair all devices to the Night Owl Gateway again. You may repair your devices by pressing the "Sync" button for 3 seconds with no need of setting the devices in Pairing Mode again.
