- DVR/NVR username or password error
Note: By default, the admin username will be displayed in the Application. If you are NOT the admin, log in with your username credentials. The admin can create multiple users. If you do not have login credentials, please contact the admin and have them create a username and password for you at the system level.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. When you are adding a new device from the Night Owl HD App, you will be prompted to enter the DVR/NVR username and password.
If you forgot or missing your DVR/NVR login information, please, select your DVR/NVR Series from the below list and follow the link for more help.
